Herlufsholm Skole og Gods bestræber sig på at gøre din oplevelse på vores hjemmesider så interaktiv, relevant og brugervenlig som mulig. Det gør vi blandt andet ved at benytte cookies eller lignende teknologier, der lagrer oplysninger om dit besøg på vores websted.
Hvad er en cookie?
En cookie er en lille tekstfil, der lagres i din browser for at kunne genkende din computer ved tilbagevendende besøg. Der er ingen personlige oplysninger gemt i vores cookies og de kan ikke indeholde virus. For eksempel kan cookies anvendes til at vise, om du har besøgt vores hjemmeside tidligere, og til at identificere, hvilke dele af vores hjemmeside, du muligvis er mest interesseret i.

Hvad bruger Herlufsholm cookies til?
På vores hjemmeside benytter vi cookies til at forbedre dit besøg. Vi bruger det, der kaldes tredjepart-cookies, fordi vi gennem værktøjer som Google Analytics sporer og analyserer dit besøg. Der er i den forbindelse tale om ikke-personlige oplysninger, men derimod en interesse i det online fodspor, du efterlader, når du bevæger dig rundt online.
Personlige oplysninger
I forbindelse med din aktivitet på vores hjemmeside kan du via kontaktformularer indtaste personlige oplysninger. Vi indsamler aldrig personhenførbare oplysninger uden, at du selv har givet os disse oplysninger ved at indtaste og sende dem via vores kontaktformular. Disse oplysninger bruges til at besvare din henvendelse.
For at blive oprettet som bruger på siden bruger vi de informationer, vi har anført i vores elevsystem om dig og din familie. Der er her tale om elevens tildelte initialer, navne, adresse og kontaktinformationer (e-mail og telefon nr.). Dine oplysninger bruges udelukkende til at oprette dig som bruger og udsende mails med vigtige informationer fra skole til hjem. Da der er tale om skoleinformationer, er det ikke muligt at framelde forældreintras nyhedsmail.
Retningslinjer for behandling af dine personlige oplysninger
Når du bruger en kontaktformular til at lave en forespørgsel eller melde dig til indsender du dit navn og dine kontaktinformationer. Når du indsender dine oplysninger, sendes de til vores rektorkontor. Dette gør vi for at kunne behandle din henvendelse, og dine personlige oplysninger bliver kun delt med de personer tilknyttet Herlufsholm, som er relevante for behandlingen.
Dine oplysninger på siden opdateres dagligt automatisk for at sikre, at der er overensstemmelse mellem elevsystem og forældreintra. Ændringer af data sker ved henvendelse til Herlufsholms Rektorkontor.
Beskyttelse af dine personoplysninger
Ifølge persondataloven skal dine personlige oplysninger opbevares sikkert og fortroligt. Vi gemmer dine personlige oplysninger på computere med begrænset adgang, som er placeret i kontrollerede faciliteter og vores sikkerhedsforanstaltninger kontrolleres løbende for at afgøre, om vores brugeroplysninger håndteres forsvarligt, og under stadig hensyntagen til dine rettigheder som bruger. Vi kan dog ikke garantere 100 procent sikkerhed ved dataoverførsler via internettet. Det betyder, at der kan være en risiko for, at andre uberettiget tiltvinger sig adgang til oplysninger, når data sendes og opbevares elektronisk. Du afgiver således dine personlige oplysninger på eget ansvar.
Personoplysninger slettes eller anonymiseres løbende efterhånden som det formål, de blev indsamlet til, afsluttes. Personoplysninger gemmes højst i 12 måneder efter brug.
Den hurtige udvikling af internettet betyder, at ændringer i vores behandling af personoplysninger kan blive nødvendige. Vi forbeholder os derfor ret til at opdatere og ændre nærværende retningslinjer for behandling af personoplysninger. Gør vi det, retter vi selvfølgeligt datoen for “sidst opdateret” nederst på siden.

Du samtykker til ovenstående retningslinjer, når du besøger vores hjemmeside.

Herlufsholm Skole and Gods strives to make your experience on our website as interactive, relevant and user friendly as possible. We do that by, among other things, using cookies or similar technologies that store information about your visit to our website.

What does Herlufsholm use cookies for?
We use cookies on our website to enhance your visit. We use what is called third-party cookies because we track and analyze your visit through tools such as Google Analyt-ics and Facebook Business Manager. For this purpose we use non-personal infor-mation since the only aim is to track the digital footprint you leave when you move around on the site.
Personal information
In connection with your activity on our website, it is possible for you to submit personal information on contact forms and/or application forms. We never collect personal data except when you have given us this information yourself by typing it and sending it to our website. This information is used to answer your inquiry or establish you as an ap-plicant to the school.
Guidelines for management of your personal information
When you use a contact form to make an inquiry, sign up for events (such as open house), purchase birthday party kits, dorm blankets, etc., you submit your name and contact information. We collect this information in order to be able to process your in-quiry, and your personal data will only be shared with the people at Herlufsholm who are relevant to the answer.
If you use our application form to apply for admission, ask for financial support, submit health information and declaration of consent, you need to know that we treat this in-formation as sensitive personal data. When you submit this information, it is sent di-rectly to the staff in charge of admittance, and the information is deleted from our web-site server right away. Our admission officers will process your information according to its intended purpose. If you apply to be a student, your information will be shared with our school management in charge of interviews and admissions. If you submit attachments, declarations of consent and health information, such information will be saved while the child is enrolled as a student at Herlufsholm.
Protection of your personal information
According to the Act on Processing of Personal Data, your personal information must be stored securely and confidentially. We save your personal information on comput-ers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities, and our safety proce-dures are under constant review in order to ensure that our customer data is handled responsibly with constant focus on your rights as a user. However, we cannot guaran-tee 100 percent security for data transfers over the internet. This means that there may be a risk that others gain unauthorized access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. In other words, you submit your personal information at your own risk.
Personal information will be deleted or anonymized on a continuous basis when the purpose for which it was collected has ended. Personal data is saved until the inquiry has been answered and finalized - in case of website statistics, the information is saved for 50 months with the purpose of being able to compare with previous years.
The rapid development of the internet means that changes in our handling of personal information may become necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and change current guidelines for handling personal information. If we do so, we will of course change the date of ‘last updated’ at the bottom of the page.
Your rights and acceptance
You agree to the above guidelines when you visit our website.
As a visitor and applicant you may retract your consent at any time, get information about the data we have on you, and ask us to correct or delete data. You do this by contacting our IT manager Pierre Damgaard Rømer by phone 55 75 35 52 or by mail at pdr@herlufsholm.dk.
